European style cooking series

This series of heat resistant products can be put directly on strong fire or in the oven. Their simple design makes them fit in any table setting and they are ideal for slow cooking, grilling and any other kind of oven cooking.

Donabe (Japanese heat resistance pan) series

Every Japanese family owns at least one or more “Donabe’s”.

Donabe pans are traditionally used to prepare (noodle) soup, stewing, Japanese rice cooking for sushi and risotto.

While they can be put directly on open fire, this type of earthenware allows an even and efficient distribution of the heat. Food prepared in these cookers is said to be very tasteful!
