Does the product not meet your expectations?

Orders can be returned up to 14 days after you recieved them. If you wish to return one or more products please use our return form. All shipment costs for returning products are at charge of the customer, if a returned product does not have the appropriate prepay postage, we will not accept the return. After we received your shipment we will send you your money back (excl. shipment costs).

Is the product already damaged when you receive it or do you have a different complaint?

Unfortunately it can happen that our products get damaged during shipment. Or that you have a complaint about the product itself due to for example a manufacturing error. If this is the case we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. We will of course do our very best to help resolve your complaint.

 

Terms and Return documents

Returning a product is easy and simple. The returned product needs to be unused and undamaged. (except in case of complaints)

 

Steps to return a product:

 

  1. Log in  to your account on our website and choose “History and details of my orders”:

  2. In the last field of your order click on “details”:

  3. You can now select which product you want to return and provide an explanation for the return.
    Then please select the “Make an RMA slip” button.

  4. 9. As soon as we have generated your return slip it will automatically become visisble in the “return slip” field:

  5. Print the return slip, follow the instructions and add it to your package. Send the package and ask for a shipment tracking number or any prove of shipment that will allow you to track your returned products.

 

How do I get my money back after I’ve send the product back?

 

Once we recieve your package we will check it. Refunds will be done to the same account as the payment has been recieved from. The processing of refunds takes about five workdays.
